Who We Are

Frank House Care Services is a family-run team committed to putting clients and staff first. Delivering over 80,000 hours of care annually, we provide care and support throughout Blackburn with Darwen, Hyndburn, and the Ribble Valley. Small but ambitious, our goal is to raise the bar in the care sector by prioritising quality over profit and building trust through honesty, respect, and compassion.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our reach across Lancashire, with plans to begin supporting communities in areas such as Leyland and South Ribble over the next 12 months. Our long-term aim is to provide trusted, high-quality care throughout Lancashire by 2027.

The Story Behind Frank House

Our founder, Kevin Walsh, drew inspiration from his grandfather Frank’s values of community, hard work, and family. These principles shaped the foundation of Frank House Care Services and continue to guide us in providing person-centred care that fosters trust and togetherness.
