Responsibilities
- Service Leadership: Take overall responsibility for the operational leadership and development of Frank House Care Services Ltd’s domiciliary care service.
- CQC Registration: Register with the CQC as the Registered Manager for the service and lead the service through regulatory requirements.
- CQC Compliance: Lead the service in achieving and maintaining a minimum GOOD CQC rating, ensuring compliance across all CQC Key Lines of Enquiry.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee audits, compliance checks, service improvement plans, safeguarding, governance, and quality monitoring.
- Care Delivery: Ensure care is delivered safely, effectively, and in line with individual care plans, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Business Growth: Support the growth of the service by increasing billable care hours, developing packages, and maintaining strong working relationships with commissioners and external professionals.
- Team Management: Manage and support office staff, care coordinators, team leaders, and care staff, promoting a positive and professional working culture.
- Staff Compliance: Monitor recruitment, retention, training, supervision, spot checks, competency assessments, and workforce compliance.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate, detailed, and audit-ready documentation is maintained across the service at all times.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, CHC teams, healthcare professionals, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care is essential.
- CQC Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, inspection processes, and compliance standards.
- Inspection Experience: Experience supporting a service through first CQC registration and/or first inspection process preferred.
- Growth Experience: Proven experience growing billable care hours within a domiciliary care setting.
- Leadership and Operational Skills: Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced care environment.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license with business insurance and reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursed at £0.55 per mile.
Pay Structure and Benefits
- Probationary Period: 6-month period with pay based on qualification level post probation.
- Salary: Starting from £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- CQC Bonus: £5,000 salary increase upon achieving a minimum GOOD CQC rating.

Team Leader / Senior

Responsibilities

Operational Support: Support the day-to-day delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care services across the community and office.

On-Call Duties: Participate in the management on-call rota on a shared basis.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience within domiciliary care or community support services is essential.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

- Compliance: Understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care.
