Established as Frank House Care Services in September 2014, certainly a Sole Trader and technically a Personal Assistant, not many hours and even less clients, life as a start up business was looking a little bleak. However with a lot of endurance, some luck and extreme amounts of hard work, Frank House Care Services became Limited on the 25th February 2021.

I'm now proud to be the Company Director who provides over 400 hours per week of Support for people, employing over 15 staff who have grown with us a provider of supported activities.


With the help of our new Manager who started mid June 2022, we have acquired CQC registration in February 2023. This will now allow us to perform regulated activities which have not been able to. We wish

to grow slowly making sure our clients are supported to the highest standards possible.


Our ethos is driven towards both clients and our team. We believe paying better wages, training with the best providers and setting higher standards. We will achieve our aims of having happier clients and a team of staff who feel valued and respected.

We're looking forward to challenging local companies and helping drive the wages and training standards of all carers in the area to the highest levels.
